Nuclear-armed North Korea has demonstrated its latest and most advanced weapons through the streets of Pyongyang during a military parade to mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of the governing Workers’ Party.
The country marked the 75th anniversary of the founding of its ruling Workers’ Party with a raft of concerts and festivals, and the ceremony was seen around the region as an event where North Korean leader Kim Jong Un could deliver messages to domestic and foreign audiences, according to Reuters.
The parade featured North Korea’s ballistic missiles for the first time since Kim began meeting with international leaders, including U.S. President Donald Trump, in 2018.

A feature of the current parade was also the emergence of numerous clones of military equipment from Japan, the USA and Russia. The North Korean military industry did not hesitate to borrow and almost completely copied the well-known world models of modern armored vehicles.
During the parade were unveiled the new type of air defense system, main battle tank, fire support vehicle and a light armored vehicle.
